24 Companies Selected for Techarena Challenge 2025

Finalist companies of Techarena Challenge 2025.

The finalists for the 2025 edition of Techarena Challenge have been announced. The companies come from all over the Nordics and represent a new generation of startups and scaleups building practical, high-impact solutions across different industries such as health, energy, AI, space, fintech, and sustainability.

“Many of this year’s finalists are growing at a very high pace, creating impact, and getting results in a much shorter time than we’ve seen before,” said Omid Ekhlasi, CEO & Founder of Techarena. “What’s even more impressive is that many of them are addressing global challenges that will have an enormous impact on our lives in the coming years,” Ekhlasi continued.

The finalists were selected from hundreds of applicants. They will take part in key activities within the Techarena platform throughout the year, starting with The Almedalen Week, Sweden’s largest gathering for politics, democracy, society, and both the public and private sectors.

Setup for Techarena Challenge

In Almedalen, the finalists will exhibit at the Techarena venue, one of the largest private venues during the Almedalen Week, and pitch in front of a jury of renowned investors and entrepreneurs.

The Techarena Challenge features a total of six awards: Startup Company of the Year, Growth Company of the Year, Audience Award, Social Impact Award, Industrial Award, and Dream Award.

All finalists receive an exclusive package including an exhibition stand, accommodation during the event days, tickets to the official TechMinglet, and visibility in Techarena’s channels. The award winners get an exhibition spot at the international event Techarena 2026. Alongside the competition, Techarena also arranges more than 40 panel discussions and seminars in Almedalen over three days, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, decision makers, and experts from different sectors.
